Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If a servant loses his two beloved things (his eyes), then remains patient and hopes for reward, he will enter Paradise."

Brief Explanation
Benefit: It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik radi Allahu anhu from the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam that the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said: Allah the Exalted has said: "When I test any of My servants by taking away his two beloved things (i.e., depriving him of his eyes), and then he remains patient over it, I will give him Paradise in exchange for them."
