Brief Explanation
Explanation:
“There is no migration after the conquest.” This means that after the conquest of Makkah, there is no migration (hijrah) from Makkah, because the land has now become Dar al-Islam (abode of Islam), therefore, the concept of migrating from there can no longer be entertained. As for migration from Dar al-Kufr (abode of disbelief) and Dar al-Harb (abode of war) to Dar al-Islam, that still remains; in fact, such migration will remain until the Day of Judgment.

“Jihad and intention remain.” That is, performing jihad and having sincerity of intention (niyyah) in actions and its reward still remain. If the disbelievers attack Makkah or any other region of the Muslims, then performing jihad against them and intending reward from Allah Ta’ala still remains.

“And when you are called to go forth for jihad, then go forth.” That is, when the Imam commands to go forth for jihad, then do not delay in obeying the command, rather, set out however you are, as Allah Ta’ala says:
﴿انفِرُوا خِفَافًا وَثِقَالًا وَجَاهِدُوا بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ ‎﴾ (al-Tawbah: 41)
“Go forth, whether light or heavy, and strive with your wealth and your lives in the way of Allah. That is better for you, if you only knew.”

The people of knowledge say that when the Imam commands to go forth for jihad, then it becomes obligatory upon every person whom the Imam has commanded, whether going forth is easy or difficult for him.
