839 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْمَوْصِلِيُّ، أبنا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ، عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَرْبِيُّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ الصُّوفِيُّ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يُتْمَ بَعْدَ حُلُمٍ»
Muhammad bin Munkadir narrates from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "After reaching puberty, there is no (status of) orphanhood."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hanzalah radi Allahu anhu that the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said: "After the onset of nocturnal emission (ihtilam), there is no (legal) orphanhood, and after the onset of menstruation (hayd), a girl is no longer considered an orphan." [معجم الكبير : 3502 ، وسنده حسن]
