837 - أنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْبَزَّارُ، نا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ شَاذَانَ، نا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هِشَامِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، نا أَبِي، عَنْ جَدِّي، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ لَا عَقْلَ كَالتَّدْبِيرِ، وَلَا وَرَعَ كَالْكَفِّ، وَلَا حَسَبَ كَحُسْنِ الْخُلُقِ»
Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that indeed he (peace be upon him) said: "O Abu Dharr! There is no wisdom like planning, no piety like refraining from sin, and no nobility like good character."
