811 - أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ الْبَزَّازُ، ثنا أَبُو عَمْرٍو، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى الْقَزْوِينِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْفَارِسِيُّ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَرْعَرَةَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْجَحَّافِ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا ذِئْبَانِ ضَارِيَانِ فِي زَرِيبَةِ غَنَمٍ بِأَسْرَعَ فِيهَا مِنْ حُبِّ الشَّرَفِ وَالْمَالِ فِي دِينِ الْمَرْءِ الْمُسْلِمِ»
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Two ravenous wolves let loose among a flock of sheep do not cause as much harm so quickly as the love of wealth and status does to a Muslim's religion."
