Sayyiduna Abu Darda’ (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Whenever the sun rises, there are two angels on its two sides who say: O Allah! Grant a quick replacement to the one who spends, and quickly destroy the wealth of the one who withholds.”

Brief Explanation
Explanation: - In this blessed hadith, encouragement is given for charity and almsgiving, and it is stated that for the one who spends in the way of Allah, a supplication is made daily from the mouths of the angels, and for the miser, a curse is uttered, which is certainly accepted as well. The one who spends refers to the person who spends in obligatory (fara'id) and recommended (mustahabbat) acts; for such a person, the angels supplicate: "O Allah! Grant him a better substitute for this wealth." And then there is also the promise of Allah, that: ﴿وَمَاأَنفَقْتُممِّنشَيْءٍفَهُوَيُخْلِفُهُوَهُوَخَيْرُالرَّازِقِينَ﴾ (Saba: 39) "And whatever you spend (in the way of Allah), He will replace it, and He is the best of providers."
It is a hadith qudsi, Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, says... "O son of Adam! Spend, and I will spend on you." And He said: "Allah's right hand is full, abundantly giving; spending day and night does not diminish it in the least." [مسلم : 993 بخاري : 4684]
In another hadith it is stated that charity does not decrease wealth, and by forgiving, Allah only increases the servant's honor, and whoever humbles himself for Allah, Allah elevates him." [مسلم : 2588]
The miser referred to here is the person who is miserly and stingy in spending wealth in obligatory acts. For such a person, the angels invoke a curse: "O Allah! Destroy and ruin his wealth as quickly as possible."
