Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) says that my family sent me to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He says: I came at a time when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was addressing the people, so I heard him say: "No provision has been given to a servant more ample and vast than patience."

Brief Explanation
Benefit: It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id radi Allahu anhu that some people from among the Ansar asked the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam (for something), so he gave them. They asked again, and he gave them again, until whatever wealth he had was finished. Then he said: "Whatever good thing I have, I will not withhold it from you and keep it stored away. Allah will withhold (poverty) from the one who refrains (from asking), Allah will enrich the one who is content with what he has. And whoever is patient, Allah will make him patient, and no one has been given anything better and more expansive than patience." [بخاري : 1469]
