Mus'ab bin Sa'd (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his father that indeed the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) also said this in a hadith and he narrated it: "Keep doing deeds, for every person is made easy the deeds for which he was created."

Brief Explanation
Benefit: It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali radi Allahu anhu that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was sitting at a funeral, then he took something and began to scratch the ground with it, and said: "There is not a single person among you whose place in Paradise or Hell has not already been written." The Companions radi Allahu anhum said: "O Messenger of Allah! Then why should we not rely on our destiny and abandon good deeds?" The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said: "Perform good deeds, for every person will find it easy to do that for which he was created. For the one who is destined for goodness, the deeds of the righteous are made easy, and for the one who is wretched, the deeds of the wretched are made easy." Then he recited this verse: ﴿فَأَمَّامَنْأَعْطَىوَاتَّقَى ● وَصَدَّقَبِالْحُسْنَى ● ﴾ [سورة الليل آية 5-6] to the end. [بخاري : 4949]
