616 - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ بِمَكَّةَ حَرَسَهَا اللَّهُ أبنا زَاهِرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ السَّرَخْسِيُّ، أبنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، أبنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، أبنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، ثنا حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ، أبنا أَبُو هَانِئٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ مَالِكٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ فَضَالَةَ بْنَ عُبَيْدٍ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «طُوبَى لِمَنْ هُدِيَ لِلْإِسْلَامِ وَكَانَ عَيْشُهُ كَفَافًا وَقَنَعَ»
Sayyiduna Fadala bin Ubaid (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: “Glad tidings for the person who is guided to Islam, whose livelihood is just sufficient, and who is endowed with contentment.”
