550 - وأنا ابْنُ السِّمْسَارُ، أنا أَبُو زَيْدٍ، أنا الْفَرَبْرِيُّ، أنا الْبُخَارِيُّ، نا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، نا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «تَسَمَّوْا بِاسْمِي وَلَا تَكَنَّوْا بِكُنْيَتِي» الْحَدِيثُ. " وَفِيهِ: «وَمَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "You may name yourselves after my name, but do not take my kunyah... (the hadith continues). And in the same hadith: 'And whoever deliberately attributes a lie to me, then he should prepare his abode in the Hellfire.'"
