Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Zubair (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that I said to (my father) Sayyiduna Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him): Indeed, I do not hear as many hadiths from you from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) as so-and-so and so-and-so narrate. He said: I was never separated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), but I heard him say: "Whoever attributes a lie to me, then he should make his abode in the Hellfire."
