مَنْ أَصْبَحَ مُعَافًى فِي بُدْنِهِ آمِنًا فِي سِرْبِهِ عِنْدَهُ قُوتُ يَوْمِهِ فَكَأَنَّمَا حِيزَتْ لَهُ الدُّنْيَاWhoever wakes up healthy in his body, safe in his home, with his day's provision, it is as if he has gained the whole world

540 - وَأَخْبَرَنَا هِبَةُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ، أبنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ طَالِبٍ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ بْنِ مُوسَى الْهَاشِمِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْمُقْرِئُ، ثنا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي شُمَيْلَةَ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مِحْصَنٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ أَصْبَحَ مِنْكُمْ آمِنًا فِي سِرْبِهِ مُعَافًى فِي جَسَدِهِ عِنْدَهُ طَعَامُ يَوْمٍ فَكَأَنَّمَا حِيزَتْ لَهُ الدُّنْيَا»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Muhsin (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever among you wakes up in the morning feeling secure in his property, healthy in his body, and has food for one day, it is as if the whole world has been gathered for him."

Physical health, peace of mind regarding oneself and one's family, and at least one day's provision—these three things are the fundamental needs of every human being. Whoever attains these should understand that he has received all the blessings of the world and all that exists; he is truly fortunate. He should be content with his lot and express gratitude to Allah.
