Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says that a woman came to me in such a state that her two daughters were with her, and she was asking (for something). I could not find anything with me except one date, so I gave her the date. She divided it into two parts and gave them to her two daughters, and she herself did not eat anything from it. Then she got up and left. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came, so I told him about this. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is tested concerning these daughters, they will be a shield for him from the Fire."

Brief Explanation
Explanation: - Good treatment towards daughters and its reward and recompense is being mentioned here: that whoever gives good education and upbringing to daughters, and then, after considering compatibility (kufu’), marries them off, then these daughters will become a means for his entry into Paradise and salvation from Hell. Both daughters and sisters are included among the “girls” (bacheeyaan). Whoever, in this world, is tested because of them and then succeeds in this test, will attain success in the Hereafter.
It is mentioned in a hadith that whoever raises two daughters until they reach maturity, then on the Day of Resurrection he will come in such a state that I and he will be like this. And he (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) joined his fingers together. [مسلم : 2631]
In another hadith, it is stated that whoever raises two or three daughters, or two or three sisters, until they are married or he dies leaving them, then I and he will be in Paradise like these two fingers. And he (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) indicated with his middle and adjacent finger. [أحمد : 3/ 148 صحيح]
