مَنْ فَارَقَ الْجَمَاعَةَ وَاسْتَذَلَّ الْإِمَارَةَ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ وَلَا وَجْهَ لَهُ عِنْدَهُWhoever leaves the community and despises the leadership will meet Allah with no face before Him

449 - أَخْبَرَنَا الْخَصِيبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أبنا عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ النَّسَائِيُّ، أبنا أَبِي، أبنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثنا كَثِيرٌ أَبُو النَّضْرِ، عَنْ رِبْعِيٍّ، قَالَ: انْطَلَقْتُ إِلَى حُذَيْفَةَ بِالْمَدَائِنِ لَيَالِي سَارَ النَّاسُ إِلَى عُثْمَانَ فَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ فَارَقَ الْجَمَاعَةَ وَاسْتَذَلَّ الْإِمَارَةَ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ وَلَا وَجْهَ لَهُ عِنْدَهُ»
Rabi’ (may Allah have mercy on him) says: When the (troublemaking) people set out towards Sayyiduna ‘Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him), I went to Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) in Mada’in. He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: “Whoever separates himself from the congregation and humiliates the leadership will meet Allah in such a state that he will have no status there.”

Explanation: -
In this hadith, condemnation is made of the person who separates himself from the community (jama‘ah) of Muslims, disgraces the Islamic Caliphate, and engages in propaganda against it. Such a person has no standing in the sight of Allah Ta‘ala; when he meets the Creator of the universe, he will not be granted any rank or status. It is evident that such a person will remain deprived of success in the Hereafter.
