Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever wishes to taste the sweetness of faith should love a person (and) love him only for the sake of Allah Almighty." Yahya bin Salim is Abu Balj, and it has also been said that he is Ibn Abi Salim.

Brief Explanation
Explanation: - In this blessed hadith, mention is made of a fortunate person who attains the sweetness of faith, that the sweetness and delight of faith are only experienced when a person makes Allah Almighty the center of all his loves and affections. Allah Almighty is the Creator of man; He has bestowed countless blessings upon man. This is evidence that the Divine Being has great love for His servant. Now, it is the servant’s right as well that he should love his Creator and Master immensely, and sacrifice all his friendships and relationships for His love, and develop within himself the sentiment of al-hubb lillah wal-bughd lillah (love for the sake of Allah and hatred for the sake of Allah). If he loves someone, he should do so solely for the pleasure of Allah, with no worldly interest involved, and if he hates someone, the basis for that too should be only that this person is disobedient to Allah Almighty. Whoever possesses this quality, know that he has tasted the flavor of faith.
It is mentioned in the hadith that whoever possesses three qualities will attain the sweetness of faith: ① That Allah and His Messenger are more beloved to him than all else. ② And that when he loves someone, he loves him only for the sake of Allah. ③ And that returning to disbelief is as hateful to him as being thrown into the fire. “ [بخاري : 16]
In another narration, it is stated: “Whoever loves for the sake of Allah, hates for the sake of Allah, gives for the sake of Allah, and withholds for the sake of Allah, then indeed he has perfected faith.” [أبو داود : 4681 ، حسن]
