مَنْ مَشَى فِي ظُلْمَةِ اللَّيْلِ إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ آتَاهُ اللَّهُ نُورًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِWhoever walks in the darkness of night to the mosques, Allah will grant him light on the Day of Judgment

438 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ السَّرَّاجُ، بِدِمَشْقَ، أبنا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ السَّقَا، ثنا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي أُنَيْسَةَ، عَنْ جُنَادَةَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ , عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ مَشَى فِي ظُلْمَةِ اللَّيْلِ إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ آتَاهُ اللَّهُ نُورًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»
Sayyiduna Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: "Whoever walks towards the mosques in the darkness of the night, Allah Almighty will grant him light on the Day of Resurrection."
