359 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ آزَادْمَرْدَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الشَّافِعِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ الْبَزَّارُ، صَاحِبُ أَبِي ثَوْرٍ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عِيسَى الْعَطَّارُ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ مِنْهُ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ»
Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever introduces into our matter (religion) something which does not belong to it, it is rejected."
