Brief Explanation
Explanation:
That is, whoever, taking undue advantage of a Muslim's heedlessness in the darkness of night, shoots an arrow at him—here, "arrow" includes every weapon that can cause death, for example: firing at someone, shooting a bullet, etc.—such a person who targets a Muslim in his heedlessness and unawareness and directs a weapon at him, he is not from among us; that is, he is not upon our way and Sunnah, his path and destinations are separate from ours.
