دَعْوَةُ الْمَظْلُومِ مُسْتَجَابَةٌ، وَإِنْ كَانَ فَاجِرًا، فَفُجُورُهُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِThe supplication of the oppressed is answered, even if he is wicked; his wickedness is against himself

315 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ التُّجِيبِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو الطَّيِّبِ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَطَّارُ، قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَيَّانَ الرَّقِّيُّ، قَالَ:، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ، قَالَ: ثنا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «دَعْوَةُ الْمَظْلُومِ مُسْتَجَابَةٌ وَإِنْ كَانَ فَاجِرًا فَفُجُورُهُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ»
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The supplication of the oppressed is accepted even if he is a sinner, because his sinfulness (the consequence of it) is upon himself."
