187 - أَخْبَرَنَا لَبِيبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أبنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، أبنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَبَحُّ، ثنا أَبُو أُمَيَّةَ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، ثنا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ التَّمِيمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ وَرْدَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْمَرْءُ عَلَى دِينِ خَلِيلِهِ فَلْيَنْظُرْ أَحَدُكُمْ مَنْ يُخَالِلُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that indeed the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A person is upon the religion of his friend, so each of you should look carefully at whom he befriends."
