Brief Explanation
Explanation:
How important is simplicity? This blessed hadith makes it abundantly clear that the Noble Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam stated three times that it is part of faith, meaning that simplicity is also a part of faith. Many things are included in simplicity, for example: wearing patched clothes, sitting on the ground, listening to the words of the poor and destitute and, as much as possible, not considering helping them beneath one's dignity, accepting a humble invitation from a poor person and expressing gratitude by eating the simple food he offers, avoiding a contemptuous attitude towards servants, participating in the joys and sorrows of those of lower status than oneself— all these matters are included in simplicity.
