147 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الصَّفَّارُ، أبنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو حَنِيفَةَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَنِيفَةَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَلَبِيُّ، ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «نِيَّةُ الْمُؤْمِنِ أَبْلَغُ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ»
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say: "A believer's intention is more profound than his action."
