Hadiths 1401 to 1499
إِذَا نَصَحَ الْعَبْدُ لِسَيِّدِهِ وَأَحْسَنَ عِبَادَةَ رَبِّهِ كَانَ لَهُ الْأَجْرُ مَرَّتَيْنِIf a servant is sincere to his master and perfects the worship of his Lord, he will have a double reward

1401 - أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُوسَى السِّمْسَارُ، ثنا أَبُو زَيْدٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، أبنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْفَرَبْرِيُّ، أبنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْبُخَارِيُّ، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَذَكَرَهُ، وَفِيهِ «كَانَ لَهُ أَجْرُهُ مَرَّتَيْنِ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) . . . . . . and he narrated this hadith, and in it was: "For him is its double reward."
