1275 - وَأَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْغَزِّيُّ الصُّوفِيُّ، أبنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْحَنْدَرِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبَانَ، ثنا أَبُو الدَّرْدَاءِ، هَاشِمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ بَكْرٍ السَّكْسَكِيُّ، عَنِ الزَّبَذِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «خِيَارُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ الْقَانِعُ وَشِرَارُهُمُ الطَّامِعُ»
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: "The best among the believers are those who are content, and the worst among them are those who are greedy."
