121 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ، إِمْلَاءً، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شِيرَوَيْهِ الْفَسَوِيُّ بِهَا، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْمَهْرِقَانِيُّ، ثنا عَبَّادُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ هُوَ ابْنُ رَاشِدٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «كَسْبُ الْحَلَالِ فَرِيضَةٌ بَعْدَ الْفَرِيضَةِ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Seeking lawful sustenance is an important obligation after the obligatory duties."
