1187 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْمُعَدِّلُ، قَالَ: أبنا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ قَالَ: ثنا ابْنُ عُتْبَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ، ثنا ابْنُ الْأَجْلَحَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ»
Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The oppressor has no right to kinship."
Brief Explanation
Benefit:
Sayyiduna Sa‘id bin Zayd radi Allahu anhu narrates from the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam that he sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said: “Whoever revives barren (ownerless) land, it will belong to him. And there is no right for the vein of an oppressor (i.e., whoever seizes a place unjustly, his claim will not be recognized).” [ترمذي : 1378 ، وسنده حسن]
