1166 - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْفَرَّاءُ، ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الرَّافِقِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَضِرِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْبَزَّارُ، ثنا سِيدَانُ بْنُ مُضَارِبٍ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي أَسْمَاءَ، عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّمَا أَخَافُ عَلَى أُمَّتِي الْأَئِمَّةَ الْمُضِلِّينَ»
Sayyiduna Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I fear misguided leaders for my Ummah."
