Hadith Number 1014
Hadith 1014
1014 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ: ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي لَبِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ أَيُّوبَ، وَزَادَ فِيهِ: فَنَظَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَمِينًا وَشِمَالًا، وَقَالَ: «مَا يَقُولُ ذَوِ الْيَدَيْنِ؟»
This narration is also transmitted from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) with another chain of transmission, however, in this there are additional words. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) looked to his right and to his left and inquired: "What is Dhu’l-Yadayn saying?"
