Sayyiduna Abu Rimthah Salmi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I presented myself before the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). My father examined (the ailment or vein) on the back of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he requested, "O Messenger of Allah, allow me to treat (the ailment or vein) on your back, for I am a physician." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied, "You are gentle, Allah is the Healer." The narrator states: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked my father, "Who is with you?" He replied, "I testify before you that this is my son." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "You will not be punished for what he does, and he will not be punished for what you do." He also mentioned that he saw traces of henna in some places in the hair of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
