Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: We were traveling with the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). I was riding a camel belonging to Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) which was difficult (to control); it would overpower me and go ahead of the people. Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) would scold it and bring it back, but it would go ahead again. Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) would scold it again and bring it back. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said to Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him): "Sell it to me." He replied: "O Messenger of Allah! It is yours." The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Sell it to me." The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) bought that camel from him, then the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Abdullah bin Umar! It is yours, do with it as you wish."
