610 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ: ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ وَهْبِ بْنِ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «كَفَي بِالْمَرْءِ إِثْمًا أَنْ يُضَيِّعَ مَنْ يَعُولُ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is sufficient for a man to be considered sinful if he neglects those whose sustenance is his responsibility (i.e., if he does not provide for their needs)."
