Hadith 585
585 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ: ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعُ بْنُ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعَمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ الْكَعْبِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيُحْسِنْ إِلَي جَارِهِ، وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيُكْرِمْ ضَيْفَهُ»
Sayyiduna Abu Shurayh Ka‘bi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should treat his neighbor well. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should honor his guest.”
