Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was returning, and when he reached the place of Rauha, he met some riders. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) greeted them with salam, and they replied to him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "Who are you people?" They replied: "We are Muslims." They asked: "Who are you?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I am the Messenger of Allah." Then a woman quickly came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), raised her child from her howdah before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and said: "O Messenger of Allah! Will there be Hajj for this child?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Yes, and you will also have a reward." Sufyan says: The narrator named Ibn al-Munkadir had previously narrated this to us as a mursal hadith, so I was informed that he had heard this narration from Ibrahim. So I went to Ibrahim and asked him about this, and he narrated it to me. He said: I narrated this hadith to Ibn al-Munkadir, so he performed Hajj with all his family members.
