Hadith 502
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was commanded to prostrate on seven bones, and the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was commanded not to gather his hair or clothes (during prayer).
