Hadith 501
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was commanded to prostrate on seven parts: both hands, both knees, the edges of the toes, and the forehead. And the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was forbidden from gathering his hair or clothes (during prayer). Sufyan says: The son of Tawus demonstrated this to us; he placed his hand on his forehead, then brought it to the edge of his nose and said: My father used to count this as one part.
