Hadith 393
Sayyiduna ‘Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: “We pledged allegiance to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) upon obedience and compliance in hardship and ease, in happiness and displeasure (in every condition), and that we would not dispute with the rulers regarding their authority, and that wherever we may be, we would speak the truth, and we would not fear the blame of any blamer concerning Allah.”
