319 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ: ثنا الزُّهْرِيُّ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ بْنُ السَّبَّاقِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جُوَيْرِيَةَ بِنْتَ الْحَارِثِ تَقُولُ: دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ فَقَالَ: «هَلْ مِنْ طَعَامٍ؟» فَقُلْتُ: لَا إِلَّا عَظْمٌ قَدْ أُعْطِيَتْهُ مَوْلَاةٌ لَنَا مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيًّ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «قَرِّبِيهِ فَقَدْ بَلَغَتْ مَحِلَّهَا» قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: يَعْنِي لَيْسَ هِيَ الْآنَ صَدَقَةً
Ubaid bin Sabaaq narrates: He heard Sayyida Juwayriya bint al-Harith (may Allah be pleased with her) saying: One day the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) came to me and asked: "Is there anything to eat?" I replied: No, except a bone (with some meat) which was given to our slave-girl as charity. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Bring it, for it has reached its place."
Imam Humaydi (may Allah have mercy on him) says: That is, now its status is no longer that of charity.
