282 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَرْبَعَةٌ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ لَمْ يَرْفَعُوهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، وَرُزَيْقُ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ الْأَيْلِيُّ، وَيَحْيَي بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَعَبْدُ رَبِّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدِ وَالزُّهْرِيُّ أَحْفَظُهُمْ كُلُّهُمْ إِلَّا أَنَّ فِي حَدِيثِ يَحْيَي مَا دَلَّ عَلَي الرَّفْعِ مَا نَسِيتُ وَلَا طَالَ عَلَيَّ الْقَطْعُ فِي رُبْعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا
Sufyan narrated this report from several narrators, most of whom did not transmit it as a "marfu'" hadith. However, one narrator transmitted something that indicates it is a "marfu'" hadith (the words are as follows): "The hand will be cut off for stealing something worth a quarter dinar or more."
