Narration on Sitting at the End of Five Rak’ahs of Witr
Hadith 195
195 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُوتِرُ بِخَمْسٍ لَا يَجْلِسُ إِلَّا فِي آخِرِهِنَّ»
Umm al-Mu'mineen Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to perform five rak'ahs of Witr, and he (peace be upon him) would sit at the end of them.
