Narration on Witr in Every Part of the Night and True Dawn
Hadith 188
188 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ: ثنا أَبُو يَعْفُورَ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ نِسْطَاسٍ، عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ صُبَيْحٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: «مِنْ كُلِّ اللَّيْلِ قَدْ أَوْتَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَانْتَهَي وِتْرُهُ إِلَي السَّحَرِ»
Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to perform Witr in every part of the night; the latest time for his Witr was just before true dawn (Subh Sadiq).
