81 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ حُرَيْثٍ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ نُفَيْلٍ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْكَمْأَةُ مِنَ الْمَنِّ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَلَي بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَمَاؤُهَا شِفَاءٌ لِلْعَيْنِ»
Amr bin Harith says: I heard Sayyiduna Saeed bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) narrate: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Mushroom is a part of the 'manna' which Allah Almighty sent down upon the Children of Israel, its water is a cure for the eyes."

In this hadith, the importance of the mushroom is established, as the water of the mushroom is a cure for the eyes. Subhan Allah! Allah, the Lord of Might and Majesty, has also sent down remedies for all diseases; we should make full use of these things.
