Salim bin Abdullah narrates from his father that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever sells a slave and the slave possesses some wealth, then that wealth belongs to the person who sold him. However, if the buyer stipulates a condition regarding it, then the ruling will be different. And whoever sells a date orchard after it has been pollinated, then its fruit belongs to the seller. However, if the buyer has stipulated a condition regarding it (then the ruling will be different)."
