Khalid bin Hakim narrates: Once, Sayyiduna Abu Ubaidah bin Jarrah (may Allah be pleased with him) became angry with a person from a certain area. Sayyiduna Khalid bin Walid (may Allah be pleased with him) spoke to him about this matter, and it was said to him: "You are expressing anger in front of the leader." So Sayyiduna Khalid (may Allah be pleased with him) replied: "I am not angry with him. I have heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: 'On the Day of Resurrection, the most severe punishment in the presence of Allah Almighty will be for the person who inflicted the most severe punishment on people in the world.'"
