Sayyiduna Jubair bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Banu Abd al-Muttalib (the narrator is in doubt, perhaps these are the words), O Banu Abd Manaf! If you are in charge of this matter, then do not prevent anyone from performing tawaf of this House or from praying in it, whether it is any time of the night or day."
