Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: "The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever makes an image will be punished and will be made responsible to put a soul into it, but he will not be able to do so. And whoever narrates a false dream will be punished and will be made responsible to tie a knot between two grains of barley, but he will not be able to tie it. And whoever secretly listens to the conversation of some people who dislike that, then on the Day of Resurrection, molten lead will be poured into his ears." Sufyan says: The word «آنُكُ» used in the narration refers to lead.
