511 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ: ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ الْأَحْوَلُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ طَاوُسًا يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: كَانَ النَّاسُ يَنْصَرِفُونَ فِي كُلِّ وَجْهٍ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَنْفِرَنَّ أَحَدٌ حَتَّي يَكُونَ آخِرُ عَهْدِهِ بِالْبَيْتِ» قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: لَمْ أَسْمَعْ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَحْسَنَ مِنْ هَذَا الَّذِي حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Previously, people used to depart from any place, so the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No person should ever depart until he performs the Tawaf of the Ka'bah as the last act." Sufyan says: Regarding this matter, I have not heard a better hadith than the one that Sulaiman has narrated to us.
