506 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ: ثنا عَمْرٌو، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: «لَيْسَ الْمُحَصَّبُ بِشَيْءٍ وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ مَنْزِلٌ نَزَلَهُ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates: Staying at Muhassab is nothing (i.e., not obligatory); it is just a place of encampment where the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) encamped.
