Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was commanded to prostrate on seven limbs, and he (peace be upon him) was forbidden from gathering his hair or clothes (during prayer).
