Hadith 431

431 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ: ثنا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَي بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلَاةُ فَلَا تَقُومُوا حَتَّي تَرَوْنِي»
Abdullah bin Abu Qatadah narrates from his father that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "When the iqamah for prayer is called, the people should not stand up until they see me."
