Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man complained to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he felt during prayer (that perhaps his ablution had broken). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Such a person should not leave until he hears a sound (of passing wind) or perceives a smell. Here, the narrator named Sufyan has sometimes narrated a word differently.
